ស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសជប៉ុនមានសេចក្តីរីករាយសូមជម្រាបជូន លោក លោកស្រី បងប្អូន និងមិត្តជប៉ុនថា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ជាខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងជប៉ុន។ ដើម្បី ប្រារព្ធព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នានារំលឹកខួបនេះ និងដើម្បីជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌ អប់រំ ទេសចរណ៍ កីឡា និងវិស័យផ្សេងៗទៀត រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរនឹងទទួលពាក្យស្នើសុំគាំទ្រកម្មវិធីផ្សេងៗជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍រំលឹកខួបខាងលើ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃនេះតទៅ។
ស្ថាប័នឯកជន ឬបុគ្គល ដែលមានបំណងរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នានា ដើម្បីចូលរួមរំលឹកខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុននេះ សូមធ្វើការស្នើសុំការគាំទ្រតាមរយៈស្ថានទូតកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសជប៉ុន សម្រាប់កម្មវិធីដែលប្រារព្ធនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន និងស្នើសុំការគាំទ្រតាមរយៈស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់កម្មវិធីដែលប្រារព្ធនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីរដ្ឋាភិបាល នឹងត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រើឈ្មោះ និងនិមិត្តសញ្ញា(logo) នៃខួបលើកទី ៧០ នៃមិត្តភាពរវាងជប៉ុន និងកម្ពុជា (និមិត្តសញ្ញាផ្លូវការនឹងត្រូវប្រកាស នាពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខ)។

The Royal Embassy in Japan is pleased to inform you that the year 2023 is the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Japan. To celebrate this anniversary with as many people as possible and to promote exchanges between the two countries, the governments of the two countries will endorse various events as commemorative events.
Private institutions or individuals wishing to organize events to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of Friendship between Cambodia-Japan, please request the endorsement through the Cambodian Embassy in Japan for events to be held in Japan and through the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia for events to be held in Cambodia. The endorsed events will be allowed to use the 70th Anniversary of Friendship Between Japan and Cambodia name and logo (official logo will be announced soon).
