នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្ដម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្ដម UENO Atsushi ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចុះហត្ថលេខារួមគ្នា លើលិខិតប្តូរសារ និងឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖
– ឥណទានសម្បទានប្រាក់យ៉េន ដែលមានទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន ២៣.៦៩២ លានយ៉េន (ប្រមាណ ១៧២,៩៣ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក) សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្ត «គម្រោងកែលម្អការតភ្ជាប់ផ្លូវជនបទ» និង
– ឥណទានសម្បទានប្រាក់យ៉េន ដែលមានទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន ២.០៨១ លានយ៉េន (ប្រមាណ ១៥,១៨ លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក) សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្ត «គម្រោងពង្រីកសមត្ថភាពផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាតខេត្តសៀមរាប ដំណាក់កាលទី៣»៕
On 20 June 2023, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, co-signed the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of:
– A Yen Loan up to the amount of JPY 23,692,000,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 172,930,000) for the implementation of the Rural Road Connectivity Improvement Project; and
– A Yen Loan up to the amount of JPY 2,081,000,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 15,180,000) for the implementation of the Siem Reap Water Supply Expansion Project (III).
